Ovulation Calculator

Are you trying to get pregnant or planning on it in the near future? If so, you can greatly improve the likelihood of getting pregnant by determining when you will ovulate next. Ovulation is the release of a female's ripe egg from her ovary. When this occurs, you are the most fertile.

Use our Ovulation Calculator to estimate your next ovulation date; simply enter the first day of your last menstrual period and the average length of your cycle. Because our tool provides you with only an estimate, consider yourself the most fertile during the period of 3 days before and 3 days after the estimated ovulation date. Best of luck!!

My 2nd last period was december 2nd and I had my final period Jan 4. Or a few days before . I had sex on 1/10/18 & 1/18/18 and the 21st as well. Was it possible for me to have got pregnant on the 21st if my ovulation window closed on the 18th ? Or did I get pregnant on the 10th or 18th?

Hi guys can I ask for some advice my last period was on the 3rd April I then slept with one guy on the 23rd April and another on the 29th April I had a scan on the 22nd June and they said I was 7 weeks 5 days pregnant so if it takes a week to implant does that mean my baby is the first man’s because I would only be 6 week 5 days with the second guy is it more likely for the scan people to be accurate or a week behind ? Ps I was due my period on the 3rd of may but had a few day bleed instead on the 30th could this have been inplantatìon ?

    • Profile photo of Megan KlayEditor Megan Klay says:

Hi Nicole – Yes, that could have been implantation bleeding. I recommend inputting your info into the Ovulation Calculator (be sure to update the days between periods) to see when you likely ovulated. Also be sure to discuss the situation with your doctor as they will best be able to advise. Best wishes!

I had unprotected sex on the (03/04/18) 5th day of my period which i was already on my last day and my bf did cum in me also (03/10/18) i had unprotected sex and my bf cummed again. Its say i ovulated on (03/12/18) How high are my chances of being pregnant?

    • Profile photo of Megan KlayEditor Megan Klay says:

Hi Cheyenne – It’s possible, but you should wait until your missed period before taking a test. If you’re still TTC, input the first day of your last period then make sure to input the average number of days between your periods (last day of your last period to the first day of our next) into the calculator to get your estimated ovulation date. I say this because we default to 28 days, but mine is 30 which obviously adjusts the predicted date of ovulation.
Have you been tracking your cycle? I used a phone app and did basal body temping to ensure I was ovulating and pinpoint when. Most doctors like to see that you’ve tracked with basal body temping before performing testing: http://www.everydayfamily.com/blog/how-basal-body-temping-helped-me-get-pregnant/. Once you’ve pinpointed when you should be ovulating each month, I recommend using ovulation predictor kits and begin testing a few days before your estimated ovulation date, also start having sex every other day at this time. Once you receive a positive ovulation result, have sex that day and every day for a few days in a row. I had sex last month on the 14th the day I ovulate and the day after. Two days later we tried again. My period came late this month and it’s never usually late. So I was wondering why conception didn’t work this month? We have been arguing a lot lately is that a cause of it?

Hi there, can you help me out? I am planning to have a family, but I cant easily get pregnant. I am living with my husband for almost 5 years but still we cant be able to have a baby, I was using a contraceptive pills before and I stop using those for almost 2 years. please help me how.? Thank you.

    • Profile photo of Megan KlayEditor Megan Klay says:

Hi Kim – Have you met with a doctor? It can’t hurt to meet with someone so that they can review your whole health history and provide recommendations. You may also want to have them test your hormone levels – particularly Progesterone and Estrogen. If they agree it may help, you can take Vitex which is a natural Chasteberry supplement and an enhancer of Progesterone.
In order to find when you may be ovulating, input the first day of your last period then the average number of days between your periods (last day of your last period to the first day of our next) into the calculator to get your estimated ovulation date.

The due date of my menstruation should be last January 30 but until now I haven’t had my period. January 26-29 I was stressed and also lack of sleep. My menstruation is 7 days late, is it because I may be pregnant or due to stress? Please help me.

I had sex with 2 different people and I ovulated on Nov 1st and had sex on the 27th and the 30th-31st and i am now 8wks pregnant when did I most likely get pregnant on the 27th or 30th?

The day really cilmax is when you got pregnant

    • Profile photo of Megan KlayEditor Megan Klay says:

Hi Adriana – Did you use protection with either, increasing your chances of one being the father? It really could be either, as sperm can live in the female reproductive tract for up to five days. I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you. Please be sure to discuss this situation with your doctor and they can best advise. Best wishes!
